Faculty of Business and Management were awarded at Harvard

During the 8th International Convention “Eduniversal”, held in Boston, USA from 12 to 15 October 2015, the HSE Faculty of Business and Management received prestigious international award “3 Palms of Excellence”. The award was presented on the campus of the world famous Harvard University, located in the suburbs of Boston.

The evaluation system of business schools, developed by the rating agency “Eduniversal”, includes 5 levels of excellence that are conventionally referred to as "the palm trees." In the process of evaluating of Universities, following criteria are taken into account: the presence of national and international accreditations, school ratings, membership in national and international academic associations. Thus, the “Eduniversal” rating is largely based on the assessment of the degree of internationalization of the school, its international reputation not only on the local but also on the global market of educational services.

 

Awards received by the Faculty of Business and Management are of the level of an "excellent business school with the growing international influence."

 

In order to further enhance the influence of the faculty Anna Yakovleva, Deputy Head for International Relations of School of Business Administration, and Andrey Vinogradov, Deputy Head for International Relations of School of Logistics, held a series of meetings with representatives of universities and business schools in the US, Canada, France, the Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, South Korea and other countries on the sidelines of the Convent. During these meetings various options for cooperation in the field of academic mobility, in particular, the organization of student exchanges, were discussed.
